LOS ANGELES IMMIGRATION LAW

                                                        Yan Goldshteyn, the Principal attorney, is in good standing with the California State Bar and                                                                         admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California as well as the                                                                       Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals. 

                                                        Mr. Goldshteyn earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Economics from                                                                         California State University, Los Angeles and his law degree from Western State College of Law. After                                                             his formal studies, he garnered experience practicing law at big downtown and boutique law firms                                                             drafting and negotiating contracts, advocating immigrant rights, defending corporations and their                                                             directors, officers and professionals, SEC enforcement proceedings, Intellectual Property disputes, insurance claims, as well as mergers and acquisitions litigation.

Aside from work, Yan is extensively involved in pro bono and volunteer services, actively giving back to the community. He serves as the Treasurer on the Barristers' Board of Governors for the Beverly Hills Bar Association, where he organized and moderated a series of continuing legal education programs, consulted troubled clients at the Roxbury Park Legal Clinic, served meals at Samoshel Homeless Shelter in Santa Monica and taught elementary school children tolerance through education. Mr. Goldshteyn supported Public Counsel’s Consumer Law Project by fighting for justice on behalf of indigent victims who have fallen prey to consumer fraud and abuse.
